On a daily basis in our team:

you have the opportunity to work with the bank's largest/most important clients in promising industries, including on structured and syndicated transactions according to LMA standards,
you ensure the safe growth and high quality of the loan portfolio by working directly with the business side, managing the loan portfolio (new transactions, annual reviews, monitoring) and defining the strategy for cooperation with the client/group of related clients,
you prepare loan applications by conducting a comprehensive analysis, including assessing the creditworthiness of clients/groups, the structure of transactions, and risks,
you monitor market events, industry news, information about competitors, and based on that you draw conclusions and assess the impact on the current and future situation of the client/group,
you support the creation of industry strategies and share industry knowledge,
you participate in meetings with selected customers and, together with business units, identify the customer's business model, determine the terms of credit cooperation with customers, and support relationship building,
you present the risk position to decision-makers, including the credit committee.

The position could be yours if:

you have at least 3 years of experience in structuring transactions and financial analysis of economic entities operating in the German market,
you have analytical thinking skills, evaluate the impact of the economic environment on clients, and draw conclusions,
you enjoy presentations (presenting cases/risk positions in decision-making forums),
you have an open attitude, solve problems, seek constructive solutions, can negotiate, and are communicative,
you are proficient in MS Office and have a very good command of English and German both spoken and written (Polish will be an additional asset),
you have completed studies in an economic field (banking, finance, economics, accounting).
