The IUF, Leibniz Research Institute for Environmental Medicine, explores how particles, radiation, and chemicals impact human health at the molecular level. Research areas include aging of the lungs and skin from environmental factors, as well as issues with the nervous and immune systems. By creating new model systems, the IUF helps improve risk assessment and find ways to prevent or treat environmental health issues. The Biostatistical Methods for Environmental Medicine junior research group, led by JProf. Staerk, is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher in Biostatistics and Statistical Learning. They focus on developing and applying biostatistical methods to address various research questions related to environmental health. Join us at IUF in Düsseldorf, Germany to make a difference in environmental medicine. ‒ +
