We are looking for talented individuals who can join us on our journey for exponential growth. At the moment our Channel Sales Team needs new talent to help us achieve our sales targets in the dental industry across the DACH region. Our new Dental Channel Sales Manager - DACH (w/m/d), will help us further develop our dental business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If you love (channel) sales, want to make a difference in partner/reseller relations, speak English and German fluently and get a kick out of finding new business opportunities, we are looking forward to your application!

Your Challenge

  • Take on a hybrid hunter-farmer sales role, working closely with our strategic business partners
  • Manage our B2B relationships with our channel sales partners - our resellers and distributors - in the dental DACH market
  • Take responsibility for the performance of our channel sales partners in this region, including the establishment of business relations, controlling and optimisation
  • Analyse the dental market and find new joint business opportunities with resellers and distributors in your region
  • Work closely with our Director of Dental Sales and our Head of Channel Sales to continually improve our performance and grow our presence in the DACH dental market

Your Profile

  • Have 5+ years experience in sales (ideally with some experience in dental, channel, distribution or hardware)
  • Have good instincts for resellers and distributors and their business needs
  • Have outstanding written and spoken skills in German and in English
  • Willingness to travel to partners and customers in your region, pending government health regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and confident in business discussions

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in the dental industry
  • Passionate about 3D printing and the tech industry
  • Experience at a growing startup
